Shipping Costs

Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:

After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

If tracking information from Canada Post confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.

ByClothique is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by Canada Post

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos in case of damage

We will initiate an investigation with Canada Post and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our store policies.

Customs & Import Fees

For shipments within Canada, no customs or import duties apply.
